Abstract

The author analyzes the problems of the entrants quality of russian universities. Focuses on the factors of attractiveness of the university, the search and selection of the talented entrants. Suggests possible perspectives, as well as recommendations for the development of leading universities aimed at attracting talented children and young talents, with a view to ensuring the quality of the students of the university.
